Standard delivery is 24–48 hours after we receive your payment and all required photos. Complex orders may take a little longer — we'll notify you in advance.
Send 2–4 clear, front-facing photos with good lighting. Higher resolution photos give much better results. Avoid blurry, heavily filtered, or dark images for best quality.
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe and also PayPal. All transactions are processed securely — we never store your card details.
If you cancel before we start work, you get a full refund. Once work has begun, we offer free revisions to ensure your satisfaction.
Each order includes a set number of free revisions as stated on the product page. Additional revisions beyond that may be charged separately.
Your finished animation will be delivered via email or through your account download area on our website within the stated turnaround time.
