Terms of Service

1. Service description

VidToPixar creates personalized Pixar-style 3D animated films from customer photos and story details. Films are digital products delivered by email, typically within 24 hours after we receive complete order materials.

2. Accounts & ordering

You agree to provide accurate information (email, photos, story). You must have the right to upload any photos and personal details you submit. Orders may be placed for yourself or as a gift.

3. Pricing & payment

• 60 seconds: $30 — cinematic background music only (no custom song)
• 90 seconds: $40 — cinematic background music only (no custom song)
• 120 seconds: $50 — includes FREE personalized song + background music
• Two characters included; +$5 per extra person up to 8

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe. By paying, you authorize the charge for the selected package and any extras.

4. Acceptable use

You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic involving minors, or that violates others’ privacy or publicity rights. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate these rules and, where appropriate, refund.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment and delivery, you receive a license to use the finished film for personal, non-commercial use (sharing with friends/family, celebrations, social posts that are non-commercial). VidToPixar retains ownership of underlying tools, templates, workflows, and pre-existing assets. You retain rights to your original photos. Commercial licensing requires prior written consent.

6. Revisions & delivery

Unlimited revisions are included for likeness and creative notes within a reasonable scope of the original brief. Delivery is digital within 24 hours in typical cases; delays may occur if materials are incomplete or during peak demand — we will communicate by email.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 100% money-back guarantee.

8. Liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VidToPixar’s total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost gifts timing where delays were communicated), except where liability cannot be limited under Portuguese or EU law (e.g. willful misconduct).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
