How to request
Overview
VidToPixar sells personalized Pixar-style 3D animated films created from your photos. All products are digital goods delivered by email within 24 hours. Prices start from $30 (60s $30 / 90s $40 / 120s $50), plus $5 per extra character after two included people. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
1. Cancel before work starts — full refund
If you cancel after payment but before we begin character design or animation production, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. Contact us as soon as possible at support@vidtopixar.com.
2. After production starts — revisions first
Once production has started, we include unlimited revisions so we can adjust likeness, scenes, pacing, music notes, and other details until the film feels right. Please reply to your delivery email with clear revision notes.
3. If you are still not happy — full refund
If, after reasonable revision attempts, you are still not thrilled with your film, you may request a full refund under our 100% money-back guarantee. We will refund the original payment method via Stripe.
4. How to request a refund
- Email support@vidtopixar.com with the subject line “Refund request”.
- Include your order email, approximate order date, and reason for the request.
- We typically respond within about 2 hours during business coverage and aim to process approved refunds promptly (Stripe timelines may take several business days to appear on your statement).
5. Timeframe
Please request refunds within 14 days of delivery of your film preview or final file. Later requests are reviewed case by case.
6. Digital goods clarity
Because VidToPixar delivers intangible digital media (downloadable or streamable video files), there is no physical return. Refunds are monetary only. Abuse of the guarantee (e.g. repeated chargebacks after accepting a completed film without contacting us) may result in order refusal for future purchases.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal. We resolve most issues through revisions or refunds and can provide order evidence to Stripe when needed.
