How delivery works
After you complete checkout and provide photos plus your story, our team produces your personalized Pixar-style 3D animated film. We send the preview and/or final file to the email address you provide at order.
What to expect in your inbox
- A message from VidToPixar (check spam/promotions if needed)
- A secure link or attachment to view/download your film
- Instructions for requesting unlimited revisions
Delays
Delivery may take longer if photos are unclear, the story is incomplete, or your email bounces. Contact support@vidtopixar.com or use Track order guidance if you have not received anything after 24 hours.
International customers
Because delivery is digital, we serve customers worldwide. No customs or courier fees apply.
